Using movement as an intervention to help students who suffer from Mental Health Trauma has been a huge success at Camp Dick Robinson Elementary School. Three years of data has proved both significant academic and attendance gains for our Zero Hour Fitness Students. In this session we will cover the brain science behind why this program works, lay out how to start your own Zero Hour Fitness Program, and hear from other schools that have implemented this program.
